  • Forge Valley

    A 5 mile circular walk from the house, taking in Ayton castle and down to the nature reserve board walk.

    Or drive down and park in one of the many car parks and explore some of the forest walks.

  • Dalby Forest

    A pretty drive, and then adventure galore. From Go Ape, to the visitor centre, They have events including star gazing, yoga and more.

    Hire a bik or take your own, our favourite spot is the Bridestones.

  • Hayburn Wyke

    Just outside of Cloughton, a secluded beach and stream appear as you make your way down the track.

    Park at the pub and get some lunch, or park by the sea and make it aa circular walk, looping back on the cinder track.
